From our base in London, we provide innovative and transformative English tuition to students on our doorstep and around the world through virtual lessons that nurture and shape learning.

Academic success is like climbing a mountain; small steps culminate in reaching the destination, but each person takes a slightly different path to get there. My Grade Elevation Method is your teen’s map to the top, guiding, nurturing and illuminating the way.
Step 1 → Illuminate
We can’t climb the mountain until we know which path to take. To help your teen discover the right path, I use carefully crafted questions to help them uncover exactly what they know and how they can grow.

Together, we’ll hone in on their strengths and target the areas that will encourage the most growth, creating a bespoke plan that leads to measurable progress.
Step 2 → Cultivate
The key to consistent and sustainable success is strong foundations. During this phase, we embed learning that creates a strong and consistent baseline. This is done through reflective and deep reading, critical thinking and authentic, honest written expression.

We focus on guided discussion, encouraging your teen to have open-hearted and open-minded curiosity about each text. We encourage them to question, connect their ideas, and develop true proficiency in the words, not just memorisation.

This helps to build confidence in their ability and prepares them for exam success.
Step 3 → Flourish
This stage reinforces learning through regular practice in exam conditions.

We use time-limited tasks, peer dialogue and reflective questioning, helping to develop and hone their skills in delivering top-band answers with confidence and flair. This steady preparation leads to calm confidence in exams.
